Villa Balducci is a beautiful, stylish villa situated in quiet countryside with magnificent views over the Umbrian hills.  One of the many advantages of Villa Balducci is it's close proximity to the historic, medieval walled town of Citta di Castello (2 kilometres) and it is within easy driving distance to many historic towns in both Umbria and Tuscany.

The Villa has been a family home for 20 years and therefore a lot of love has gone into the decoration of the house and the creation of the beautiful surrounding gardens. The 18-metre pool is situated on the lower patio, with safety gates, making it suitable for families with young children.

 

The pool has underwater lighting and together with the up-lit palm trees, it makes a perfect setting for an evening BBQ or a late-night swim. 

 

In the nearby town of Citta di Castello, there is always lots to do. The town has numerous excellent restaurants, bars, fashionable shops, gelaterias and places to buy typical local produce and lots of churches and museums to enjoy.

The community gathers in the historic pedestrianised town square each evening creating a magical atmosphere with couples, friends and children alike enjoying the traditional "passagiata".  Citta di Castello has a weekly market on Thursdays and Saturdays and a large antique market on the third Sunday of each month.
